Terms of Service

1. The service

BYSO (byso.online and the BYSO Telegram bot) uses AI to prepare titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps and thumbnails for videos. The service is operated by BYSO, Canada. Contact: BYSO26@pm.me. By using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Alpha version

The service is in alpha testing and is provided “as is”. We may change prices, AI models, features, limits and these terms at any time without prior notice. The cost of each action is shown before you start it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific result.

3. Account

One person — one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can have your account deleted by writing to BYSO26@pm.me.

4. Credits and refunds

Actions are paid for with credits; there is no subscription. Free and bonus credits have no cash value. If a change does not suit you, write to us and we will refund the unused balance of the credits you paid for. Credits already spent are not refunded. If we shut down the service, we will refund the unused paid balance on request.

5. Content and results

You keep the rights to the content you upload. You allow us to process it to fulfil your request. You may use the results freely, including commercially. Results are created by AI, so check them before publishing. We do not guarantee growth in views or income.

6. Prohibited use

Do not upload illegal content or content you have no rights to, use the service to deceive people, run bots, or bypass limits and payment. If you do, we may restrict or block your account.

7. YouTube

The service uses YouTube API Services. By using BYSO, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. BYSO is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by the law of your country.
