How it works — honestly
The tool reads comments through the official YouTube Data API and keeps paging until the comment section ends, replies included. Comments YouTube hides — held for review, deleted, or on videos with comments turned off — cannot be read by anyone, including us.
Small comment sections go to the AI model in one piece. Bigger ones are split into parts, each part is condensed, and the final summary is written from those notes. Quotes are copied word for word from real comments; percentages are estimates, not a count.
Before the analysis we drop what carries no meaning — empty comments, emoji-only replies, "first!" and exact duplicates — so the summary reflects what people actually said.
Know what the audience wants — now make the video that gets found. BYSO writes titles, descriptions, tags and chapters from your video and generates click-ready thumbnails.

Does it really read all the comments?
Yes — it pages through the YouTube Data API until the comment section ends, replies included, instead of stopping at the first 100. Above 100,000 comments it takes the 100,000 most relevant ones and tells you so.
How is the summary made?
Small sections are read in one go; big ones are condensed part by part and then merged. Quotes are verbatim, and the model is told not to add anything the comments do not say.
Is it free?
Videos with up to 1,000 comments can be analysed without an account, twice a day. Bigger sections need an account: 1 credit per 5,000 comments, charged only after the summary is ready.
Can I analyse a competitor's video?
Yes, any public video with comments on. A competitor's comments show what the audience asks for, what it did not like and what is still missing on the topic — ready-made ideas for your next video.
